These terms apply from 21 September 2026
This document describes the rules for using the website. The rules for booking, payment, cancellation and the stay itself are described separately, in our General booking conditions.
1. Who runs this website
The website at cracow.travel.pl is run by Mirosław Postrożny, conducting business under the name Apartamenty cracow travel, Szczawa 325, 34-607 Szczawa, Poland, tax number (NIP) 7371438786, statistical number (REGON) 121813011, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, hereinafter the Administrator.

These terms are issued on the basis of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
2. Definitions
- Website means the service at cracow.travel.pl.
- Administrator means the entity named in section 1.
- User means a person who uses the Website.
- Listing means the description of an apartment published on the Website. It is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
3. What the Website offers
Through the Website the Administrator makes available, free of charge, content about apartments, locations and services, together with a contact form. The Website also allows you to move to an external booking system, in which bookings are made.
The agreement to use the Website is concluded when you open it and ends when you leave it. We charge nothing for using the Website itself.
4. What you need in order to use the Website
- a device with internet access,
- a current web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript,
- a working e-mail address, if you wish to contact us.
You bear the cost of your internet connection according to your operator’s price list.
5. Rules of use
The Website must be used in accordance with the law and good practice. It is forbidden to supply unlawful content and to act in a way that disrupts the service, in particular by using harmful software or automated tools that harvest content.
The content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, page layout and trade marks, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Administrator or is used under licence. You may use it within the scope of your own personal use. Copying, distribution and commercial use without our written consent are forbidden.
6. Personal data
We describe how we process personal data in our Privacy policy, and cookies in our Cookies policy.
7. Liability
We make every effort to keep the Website working correctly and the information published on it up to date. Photographs of apartments are illustrative and the details of equipment may differ between individual apartments.
The Administrator is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from causes beyond its control, nor for the content of external sites that links lead to. The Administrator may temporarily suspend access to the Website for technical work.
The above limitations neither exclude nor limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
8. Complaints about how the Website works
You may submit a complaint about services provided by electronic means to booking@cracow.travel.pl. Give your name, e-mail address and a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days. Complaints about bookings and stays are described in our General booking conditions.
9. Changes to these terms
The Administrator may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law or in the scope of services provided. We announce any change on the Website at least 14 days before it takes effect. Bookings made earlier are governed by the terms in force on the day of booking.
10. Final provisions
In matters not regulated here, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights.
A consumer may use out of court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including mediation at the provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection and help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
