Pałac pod Baranami 1 is a 40 m² studio for four on the third floor. It has its own bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette, all within one spacious room with a high ceiling.
Two of you sleep on the single beds joined into one large bed, and the other two on the sofa bed. The kitchenette holds a fridge, an induction hob, a microwave and a kettle, and there is a smart TV and free wi-fi. A hair dryer, an iron and ironing board and a full set of bed linen and towels are provided. There is no lift in the building. You check in yourself, with a code, at any hour from 3:00 pm.

Neighbourhood
What is nearby
The building stands on the Main Square itself, at number 27, on the św. Anny street side. The Town Hall Tower and the Cloth Hall are a hundred metres from the gate, St Mary's Church two hundred and fifty, and Wawel is a ten minute walk. The tram stop is two minutes away. The main railway station and Galeria Krakowska are a quarter of an hour on foot, and the train to the airport takes twenty five minutes.
Below the apartments is the Kino Pod Baranami cinema, and below that the famous Piwnica pod Baranami cabaret. Around you there are restaurants open late, and in summer the garden terraces take over half the square. Step into the inner courtyard to feel the quiet of old Kraków despite the bustle beyond the gate.

Perfect central family stay in Kraków
The location, the cleanliness and the very helpful host made it easy to rate our stay five stars. We could not fault anything about our stay here. The value for money is unbelievable. We travelled as two adults, an 18 year old son and a 13 year old daughter. The layout of having two single beds instead of a double was perfect for us.
Very happy with our stay
We are very happy with our stay in the apartment. An excellent location, and the apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Despite being right in the city centre the room is quiet and you cannot hear the neighbours either. Contact with the owner was trouble free. We have no complaints at all and we will certainly come back on our next weekend in Kraków.

- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. A later check-out is possible for an extra fee, if the apartment is free.
- An earlier check-in depends on the date, please arrange it with us.
- Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels during your stay are paid extra.
- Heating works in winter.
- You can change your dates after agreeing it with us. The change costs 100 PLN.
- Need a VAT invoice for a company? Send full company details with the tax number on the day you book, on chat. Without them we cannot issue an invoice.
- There is no front desk. We are available on chat and, in urgent cases, by phone.
- We do not accept pets.
- Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

- The property has no parking of its own. The nearest paid spaces are in the underground car parks at plac Szczepański and under Galeria Krakowska.
