Agnes Apartments 2 is an air conditioned studio for three, 20 m² in size, on the 3rd floor of a townhouse on Studencka street, with a private bathroom and a shower.
Two of you sleep on the single beds joined into one large bed, which can also be separated, and the third on a sofa bed. The room has a chest of drawers, a small table with chairs, a fridge, a kettle and a TV. The kitchenette is on the landing and you share it only with apartment number 1. It has an induction hob, a sink and a full set of dishes. An iron and ironing board and a full set of bed linen and towels are provided. There is no lift in the building. You check in yourself, with a code, at any hour from 3:00 pm.

What is nearby
Studencka is a quiet lane on the western side of the Planty park, a step from the Old Town. The Main Square is a five minute walk, the Town Hall Tower slightly less, and the tram stop is two minutes from the building. The main railway station is eight minutes by tram and the airport twenty.
The Palace of Art stands right next door, with the Bagatela Theatre and Collegium Maius a little further, and the Planty wrap the whole area in a green ring. For morning coffee, try one of the craft roasteries in the lanes around Gołębia street. In the evening you only need to cross the park to be on the Main Square.

Location and comfort
The room is very close to the Old Town. A large shower in the bathroom. A comfortable big double bed and an equally comfortable fold out bed for a child. The air conditioning works well. Despite being on the street there is no noise, which makes resting comfortable. Checking in with codes was convenient and trouble free.
Exceptional
Very clean, very pretty, and the bathroom is beautiful and clean. What I like is that the fridge is in the room, so nobody wanders into the kitchen at night, because you have everything with you. Very simple instructions. I recommend it.

- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. A later check-out is possible for an extra fee, if the apartment is free.
- An earlier check-in depends on the date, please arrange it with us.
- Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels during your stay are paid extra.
- Air conditioning works in summer, heating in winter.
- You can change your dates after agreeing it with us. The change costs 100 PLN.
- Need a VAT invoice for a company? Send full company details with the tax number on the day you book, on chat. Without them we cannot issue an invoice.
- There is no front desk. We are available on chat and, in urgent cases, by phone.
- We do not accept pets.
- Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

- The property has no parking of its own. The nearest paid spaces are in the underground car park beneath plac Szczepański.
- There is no lift in the building. The apartments are on the third floor.
- All the apartments are air conditioned and have a private bathroom.
- The kitchenette is on the landing and is shared by two apartments each: number 1 with number 2, and number 3 with number 4.
- Every apartment has a fridge and a kettle.
- The window of apartment 1 looks onto the stairwell.
- The locks are code operated, so you can check in at any hour from 3:00 pm.
