Art of Serenity 3 is an air conditioned studio for two, 20 m² in size, on the 1st floor at Zacisze 12, reached by lift. The interior is modern, decorated with paintings by Franz Marc, regarded as the first exponent of expressionism in Germany. The windows face the restored courtyard, so it is exceptionally quiet.
The room has a double bed, a table with chairs and a comfortable armchair, along with a fridge, a kettle, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen is shared and sits on the landing, with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave and a full set of dishes. The laundry room is shared and is in the building. You check in yourself, with a code, at any hour from 3:00 pm.

Neighbourhood
What is nearby
Zacisze is a short, quiet lane right beside the Planty park, tucked between the Old Town and the main railway station. St Florian's Gate and Galeria Krakowska are a two minute walk away, and the Main Square five. The tram stop is two minutes from the building, and the train to the airport takes eighteen minutes.
For a place named after art, the neighbourhood could hardly be better. The Czartoryski Museum, home to Leonardo's Lady with an Ermine, is five minutes away, the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre closer still, and the National Museum a quarter of an hour. On the way into the Old Town, cut through the Planty instead of taking the main street.

Exceptional value and location
For the price we paid, this exceeded our expectations at every level. The room was lovely, with high ceilings, nicely decorated and well built, and the bathroom the same. The heating worked all day and the room was warm. Spotlessly clean, a good bathroom with plenty of hot water and a really comfortable bed. There was a fridge and a hair dryer. In the hall there was a small, clean shared kitchen, we only used the kettle. It was a two minute walk to the entrance to the Old Town, with plenty of places to eat. Two minutes in the other direction there is an enormous shopping centre, and behind it the main railway station.
Absolutely perfect for two nights
The place was so clean, and to be fair to the staff they replied quickly whenever we asked a question. The property was as advertised and the location was perfect. There is a lift to the floor as well.

Your stay
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. A later check-out is possible for an extra fee, if the apartment is free.
- An earlier check-in depends on the date, please arrange it with us.
- Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels during your stay are paid extra.
- Air conditioning works in summer, heating in winter.
- You can change your dates after agreeing it with us. The change costs 100 PLN.
- Need a VAT invoice for a company? Send full company details with the tax number on the day you book, on chat. Without them we cannot issue an invoice.
- There is no front desk. We are available on chat and, in urgent cases, by phone.
- We do not accept pets.
- Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

- The property has no parking of its own. The nearest paid spaces are in the underground car parks at Galeria Krakowska and at plac Świętego Ducha.
- There is a lift in the building and it reaches the floor the apartments are on.
- Apartments 1, 2 and 3 share a fully equipped kitchen on the landing. Apartment 4 has its own kitchenette.
- There is a shared laundry room in the building for guests to use.
- You can leave your luggage in the luggage room, both before check in and after check out.
- The locks are code operated, so you can check in at any hour from 3:00 pm.

- We speak Polish and English.
- The whole building is non smoking.
