Flower Residence 17 is a 27 m² apartment for four, on the 4th floor, reached by lift at Krowoderska 62. Inside there is one large room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom.
Two of you sleep in the double bed, the rest on the sofa bed. The kitchenette has a fridge, a hob, a microwave and a kettle, and there is a washing machine, an iron and a TV. The Main Square is a fifteen minute walk away and the tram and bus stop is two minutes from the building. You check in yourself, with a code, at any hour from 3:00 pm.

The building stands in a quiet residential part of Kleparz, right next to the historic centre. The Main Square is a fifteen minute walk away, the tram and bus stop is two minutes from the door, the main railway station is five minutes away and the airport about twenty.
Nearby you have Kleparski Park, the Nowy Kleparz market, the National Museum and Jordan Park, along with shops open late and bakeries. In the morning stop by Nowy Kleparz for fresh fruit and cheese from local suppliers.

This was my first time staying here and I will book again next time I am in Kraków. The room was on the 4th floor so away from the hustle and bustle and it was very quiet the whole week I was here. My room was a studio flat on 2 levels with a bathroom and small kitchen at the entry level and then the bed and lounge area up a few steps. It was all very clean and the entry codes worked and I had no issues getting in. There was also a washing machine which is helpful. Krowoderska street is a nice part of town and it is about 20 minutes to walk to the train station and the same to walk right into the heart of the old town, and there is a tram line nearby. A great spot to stay!

- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. A later check-out is possible for an extra fee, if the apartment is free.
- An earlier check-in depends on the date, please arrange it with us.
- Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels during your stay are paid extra.
- Heating works in winter.
- You can change your dates after agreeing it with us. The change costs 100 PLN.
- Need a VAT invoice for a company? Send full company details with the tax number on the day you book, on chat. Without them we cannot issue an invoice.
- There is no front desk. We are available on chat and, in urgent cases, by phone.
- We do not accept pets.
- Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
